All Hawk Hill Hardware is handmade, and made to order in the USA.
Therefore, our return policy is as follows:
- Returns must be unused and in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Shipping costs are paid for by the customer
- Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after reciept of hardware, and a 20% restocking fee will apply
- Hawk Hill Hardware is not responisble for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit
Finish change policy:
- Please call us immediately (480) 368-0500, we will do everthing we can to stop the ordering process, and confirm if any charges will take effect.
- If order cannot be canceled, the 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Some finishes can be changed/acquired, others cannot. Please contact Hawk Hill (480) 368-0500 to find out.

, and we will review your return. When approved, please ship the hardware back in the original packaging. Once the piece has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we received your returned item. Once approved, we will apply your refund to the card used within 72 hours. Your bank may take a couple of days to process this request.
